Inspired by traditional Salvadoran curtido, this vibrant and mildly spicy kraut combines cabbage, fresh red chiles, onions, cumin and oregano. Great for topping tacos or mixing into grain bowls, this kraut adds depth and flavor to any dish. It’s our go-to favorite at the Real Pickles lunch table – soon to be yours too!
